Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Order Processing & Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and internal operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and delivering exceptional service. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will drive customer satisfaction, support sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our order management processes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in project management, account management, and customer relationship management within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Duties Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently through various channels, including Shopfy, Ebay, Amazon systems Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide clear, professional communication to enhance customer experience Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs Maintain detailed records of order status, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in platforms Collaborate with marketing teams to communicate product updates, promotions, or new services to customers Analyze order data to identify trends or areas for process improvement, contributing to operational excellence Requirements Proven experience in customer service or order processing roles within SaaS (Software as a Service) or financial services industries preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally Familiarity with project management tools and account management practices Experience using ERP system for managing customer data and sales pipelines Knowledge of customer relationship management strategies to foster long-term client engagement Analytical skills to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend solutions for process enhancements Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques is a plus
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
