Under the supervision of the General Manager and Customer Service Manager, the part-time CSR will be scheduled as required (up to 24 hours per week) and be responsible for customer service functions conducted at KaiserAir's facility at the Santa Rosa Jet Center located within the Charles M. Schultz Airport. Responsibilities Demonstrate principles of customer service while interacting with customers and visitors Acting as company spokesperson clearly explaining the company's policies as well as providing details on pricing and services available Collecting, processing and disseminating relevant information pertaining to aircraft arrivals and departures Collecting, processing and disseminating aircraft servicing requests with line service personnel and pilots. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills during all customer interactions Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and contribute to a positive work environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One or more years of face-to-face customer service experience Work experience in aviation strongly preferred Strong computer skills Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, Sturdays and Sundays Strong work ethic with team-oriented attitude Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and security background check Driver's license and clean driving record
