Onsite Role Duration:
03 Months (High Possibility of extension as well as conversion)
Pay Rate:
($24 - $25) on an hourly basis.
Shift:
3 to 6 weeks of training from M-F in between 5 AM to 5 PM. After training, the Shift will be fixed for 8 hours between 5 AM and 11:30 PM, and they will be notified prior to work
About:
We are seeking a customer-focused Telecommunications Attendant to serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently routing calls and supporting hospital and university operations.
Required Qualifications:
Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience. Excellent verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette. Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with strong computer skills. Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy. Transfer calls, provide directory assistance, and connect callers to the appropriate departments or personnel. Support emergency call routing, paging, and dispatch procedures as required. Maintain call records, update directories, and perform basic administrative tasks. Deliver first-call resolution while adhering to service quality standards. Collaborate with team members and maintain excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a healthcare, hospital, university, or emergency dispatch environment. Familiarity with paging systems, call center applications, or medical terminology.
