We are hiring a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and service requests from customers.
- Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate service technicians or drivers based on customer needs and availability.
- Maintain clear communication between customers, field staff, and internal teams.
- Monitor job progress and provide real-time updates to customers.
- Enter, update, and track service requests and customer information in the system.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1-2 years of experience in dispatch, call center, or customer service.
- Computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, dispatch software, CRM systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
