  • 1:00 PM About the Role This pivotal role connects you with clients, carriers, and drivers, supporting smooth operations through effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to clients, carriers, and drivers via phone and email, ensuring clear and timely communication Dispatch drivers efficiently to meet delivery schedules Receive drivers upon arrival and verify that deliveries are completed accurately, including documenting all necessary information in the delivery system Collaborate closely with the distribution team to maintain smooth workflow and exceptional customer service Qualifications Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay rate of $19.00/hour Structured training program designed to support your success during the first critical weeks Consistent, predictable schedule with evenings and weekends off (Friday through Thursday workweek) Opportunity to work closely with a dedicated, supportive team in a well-established local Distribution Center Growth opportunities within the company for motivated individuals Ready to Apply?
