Entry Level Client Associate

A consulting firm specializing in sales execution is hiring an Entry Level Client Associate for its AT&T campaign in Stockton. This position supports structured outreach, service education, and client satisfaction across assigned territories. You'll be a key part in maintaining campaign consistency and driving wireless and fiber service activations within local communities. As an Entry Level Client Associate, you'll drive AT&T wireless and fiber outreach by managing your daily schedule, contacting clients, and guiding them through service options. You'll ensure smooth enrollment and maintain accurate campaign data. Training is provided to build fluency in AT&T plans, tools, and activation protocols. Essential Functions of the Entry Level Client Associate Role Deliver structured outreach to clients with clear information on AT&T wireless and fiber services. Use campaign tools to respond to service questions and guide clients through eligibility and enrollment. Initiate contact with clients to support service alignment and maintain outreach consistency. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate service delivery and resolve campaign-related issues. Stay current on AT&T plans and promotions to support informed client decisions across assigned zones. Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Client Associate Role High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in outreach, sales, or service promotion is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with wireless services or AT&T plans is a plus. Comfortable working across assigned zones with structured daily targets. Preferred Skills for the Entry Level Client Associate Role Clear communicator with strong command of AT&T service plans. Proactive, organized, and consistent in daily outreach. Team-aligned with a focus on campaign rhythm and zone accuracy. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for assigned territories.

Pay:

$48,000.00 - $54,500.00 per year
