We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented customer service representative to join our team. This role requires the ability to reliably commute to all three of our locations (Sunnyvale, Redwood City, and Fremont) as scheduled. If you enjoy talking with families, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do: Answer phones and help prospective families learn about our program Register and schedule families Assist current families with questions and scheduling changes Communicate with families and staff via email Light office maintenance Who we're looking for: A clear, warm communicator who's comfortable talking with kids and parents Someone who listens carefully, follows processes, and pays attention to details Reliable and self-motivated—you can manage your tasks independently Comfortable with technology (Google Calendar, Google Drive or Excel, and email) Prior customer service experience
