Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated team member to join our company and play an integral role in our growth and success within our Customer Service team. Essential Responsibilities The team member will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service aligned with our company core values: Respond to incoming emails, process orders, manage filing, voicemails, and distribute mail Perform light accounting duties as needed Support and follow up on customer requests, including sample tracking, web support, and quote coordination Assist with customer invoices, including creation, delivery, and responding to inquiries Unpack orders, verify shipment accuracy, and stock inventory at customer locations Communicate updates and feedback to Territory Managers to ensure full customer satisfaction Update product descriptions and images on the website to support e-commerce initiatives Manage and maintain CRM pipeline activity Assist customers in our showroom environment Support sales efforts including merchandising, pricing, signage, and POS operations Process transactions accurately using POS systems Assist with floor moves, merchandising displays, and overall store organization Replenish and manage inventory as needed Qualify and follow up on sales opportunities, leveraging both new and existing customer relationships Assist with special projects as required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment Basic accounting knowledge is a plus Experience using CRM systems is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively Excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and math skills Detail oriented with a self-starter mindset Experience with sales techniques such as upselling and cross selling Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
