Part-Time Customer Service Representative Hallcon - 2.5 Sunnyvale, CA Job Details Part-time From $24.51 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Desktop applications Productivity software Full Job Description Hallcon is a mobility and infrastructure services company focused on turnkey solutions for clients such as technology companies, manufacturers, railroads, universities, corporate business parks, hospitals, airports, public transportation agencies and more! The Company provides essential transportation services including multi-mode operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology, analytics and business intelligence, maintenance, cleaning, and rider experience measurement!
Responsibilities:
Monitoring driver relations while providing service to commuter riders Verifying and logging late arrivals Coordinating and supporting all passenger requests Communicating with dispatch on a regular basis regarding changes to normal activity Completing daily logs of operational issues for record keeping and trend analysis purposes Work flexible hours as required, including overtime during high volume seasons and holidays Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Requires clean Driving Records Good communication skills, ability to interact with riders and clients with clarity, tact and courtesy Basic understanding and experience with computers and Microsoft Office Suite Strong performer independently or in a team setting Must be qualified to work in the United States Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus Must be able to stand for long periods of time while exposed to natural elements
Pay Rate:
