Whether managing POS systems or assisting customers with their food choices, your positive attitude will drive the success of our team. Responsibilities Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately Handle cash register operations, including processing cash transactions, making change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Assist customers with food service orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while upselling menu items to enhance sales Prepare simple food items when required, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing counters, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation guidelines Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product or menu recommendations Support food handling procedures and operate kitchen equipment safely during food preparation or serving activities Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Food industry experience including food preparation, serving, or food safety management is advantageous Strong math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction processing are essential Experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments will be beneficial Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service Prior roles involving cashiering, food handling, or restaurant service will support success in this position Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service through energetic engagement and meticulous attention to detail.
