We're looking for a motivated, computer-savvy Service Writer with a great attitude and strong communication skills. Experience is a plus, but NOT required. If you're good with Word, Excel, and learning new systems, and you enjoy helping people, this is a great opportunity to start or grow a career in automotive.

What You'll Do:

Greet customers and provide a great service experience. Open repair orders and document concerns. Communicate with technicians and customers. Build estimates and updates in Tekmetric (we train you). Use Word & Excel to stay organized. Manage workflow, inspections, and follow-ups.

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email, typing). Quick learner with new software (Tekmetric). Positive attitude and reliable. Good communication and customer service skills.
