Who We Are Home Team Electric has been serving desert families in the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin since 2006. We're a residential-only electrical contractor, and we've built our reputation one home at a time. Over 25,000 completed projects. A 4.9 rating from more than 16,000 homeowners. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into booked service appointments Make outbound calls to follow up on open estimates, missed opportunities, and unscheduled leads Confirm upcoming appointments and ensure clients are prepared for service Accurately gather and document client needs to ensure a smooth service experience Schedule calls strategically to maximize technician efficiency and revenue opportunities Communicate effectively with technicians and team members throughout the day Handle client concerns with professionalism, urgency, and empathy Consistently follow up to drive bookings and improve overall close rate Qualifications Previous experience in a call center, dispatch, customer service or in the home services preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused in high-volume or stressful situations Excellent listening skills with attention to detail when gathering client information Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems and scheduling software Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Naturally empathetic and patient with clients Confident communicator who can guide conversations and ask the right questions Organized and detail-oriented Able to think quickly and solve problems on the spot Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
