Automotive BDC Representative

Position:

BDC Representative As a BDC Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and all inbound/outbound phone calls. We are looking for a self-motivated team member to help us maintain strong customer relationships and generate appointments for our sales team.

Compensation:

$17/hr + commission

Responsibilities:

Conducting inbound and outbound phone calls Setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments Responding to inquiries in a well professional manner Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to leads Keep records of customer interactions Contact customers via phone call, text, and email

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous experience as a BDC rep. highly preferred Previous experience in customer service, call center or sales preferred Proficiency in using CRM software Self-motivated and goal oriented Outgoing personality with excellent verbal communication Strong computer and phone skills
