THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE THE SCHEDULE
We offer a Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule, with freedom to negotiate your schedule based on your needs.
YOUR ROLE
From the moment you start your shift, you're the communication hub of our company. You handle incoming calls with grace and professionalism, ensuring each customer feels heard and supported. You keep our inbox humming, responding to emails quickly and clearly, and manage a steady flow of inquiries without missing a beat. Whether you're updating a service request or smoothing over a stressful situation, you're the calm in the storm-balancing multiple tasks with poise, positivity, and a helpful attitude that our customers remember long after the call ends.
