Full Job Description Dental Call Center Representative/Agent:
Full-Time - Weekends are a Must! Must have Dental Experience in order to be considered. We are seeking an experienced Dental Call Center Representative who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
Must have minimum of 1 year Dental call center experience Must be able to work weekends & have dental experience Strong communication and customer service skills Experience scheduling appointments and handling high call volumes Ability to multitask and work toward daily/monthly goals If you have dental experience and enjoy helping patients, we'd love to hear from you!
