Key Responsibilities Quoting & Order Management Prepare accurate and timely quotes based on customer specifications, measurements, and design requirements. Analyze project details, including materials, labor, and customization, to ensure precise pricing. Review incoming requests (drawings, photos, dimensions) Administrative & Cross-Team Collaboration Maintain accurate records of quotes in the NetSuite system. Collaborate closely with your department manager to ensure feasibility and accuracy of quoted projects. Communicate any special requirements or complexities clearly to internal teams. Customer Service Support Assist the Customer Service Manager in handling daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels. Provide professional and courteous support to customers regarding products, pricing, order status, and general inquiries. Help guide customers through the ordering process, ensuring accurate collection of measurements, fabric selections, and specifications. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective service.
Qualifications Experience:
Prior experience in quoting, estimating, sales support, or customer service; experience in custom manufacturing or furniture industry is a plus.
Analytical Skills:
Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in pricing and specifications.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
Organization:
Ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines efficiently.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with NetSuite, email communication, and standard office software.
Self-Motivation:
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Industry Interest:
