The Distribution Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides prompt, courteous, and effective support to customers, handling inquiries, orders, shipping coordination, and complaints. This role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting warehouse operations through accurate documentation and communication. Don't wait! Second Shift:
Thursday to Monday, 3:00 PM•11:30PM Third Shift:
Friday to Tuesday, 11:00 PM•7:30AM Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries and complaints related to orders, shipments, and inventory Provide shipping and tracking updates, ensuring customer satisfaction Input customer orders and generate related paperwork Coordinate special and expedited shipping requests with Traffic and Operations teams Maintain damage records and backorder logs Liaison between warehouse operations and customer service Ensure accurate invoicing, assist with credit changes, and monitor service qualityJob Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience with 10-key, typing, and shipping software systems Availability during assigned shift hours Strong communication and organizational skillsBenefits:
