) Think you can bring 'Too much good stuff' to our store? Description Also known as cashiers, the CSR is the first line of service to our customers. The role of the CSR is diverse and can be broadly categorized as cleanliness, merchandising and inventory. Though the CSR is our entry level position, it is arguably our most important one. People start as a CSR and should know that this role may lead to higher level positions within the company, such as Food Services Liaison, CSR Shift Lead, Assistant Manager and perhaps, even Manager of your own store. Requirements We are looking for honest, dependable and enthusiastic people, willing to adhere to high standards of cleanliness and customer service. This requires excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. As part of your role you may need to perform certain physical duties, such as prolonged standing, heavy lifting, extensive cleaning and moving of products, removal of trash or waste products and repetitive movement. Although no particular experience or education requirements are mandatory, individuals with a high school diploma and retail background may garner consideration over other applicants.
