Job Summary We're seeking a motivated, career-oriented individual to join our team at our Vacaville (Leisure Town Road) location.

Sunday:
10:00 AM- 4:00
PM Monday:
9:30 AM- 6:00
PM Tuesday:

Commission:
Earn $10- 20 for every storage unit rented while working independently Average earning potential of $19
- 20 per hour with commission
- $300 signing bonus after 90 days Employee discount on storage units Career growth and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email Rent storage units using our proven sales process Prepare leases and maintain accurate customer records Collect delinquent accounts through phone, text, and email follow-up Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming property, including sweeping units, cleaning hallways, and removing debris Qualifications Sales experience or a strong sales mindset Passion for providing exceptional customer service Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers, CRMs, web browsers, and Microsoft Office Previous property management experience is a plus Valid driver's license required •Commission earnings are based on individual sales performance and are provided as an estimate of potential earnings.
