Responsibilities Assist customers in completing vehicle registration, license issuance, and title transfer processes with clarity and enthusiasm. Verify customer documentation to ensure compliance with state DMV regulations and policies. Provide accurate information regarding licensing requirements, driving records, and other motor vehicle services. Process payments securely and issue official documents promptly while maintaining detailed transaction records. Address customer concerns or complaints by offering solutions or directing them to appropriate departments. Maintain a clean, organized service area to facilitate efficient workflow and a welcoming environment. Stay informed about updates to DMV procedures, regulations, OSHA safety standards, and relevant compliance requirements to ensure best practices. Requirements Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred; familiarity with DMV operations is a plus. Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards, compliance management practices, and regulatory reporting protocols. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse populations while demonstrating patience and empathy. Excellent report writing skills for documenting transactions, incidents, or compliance-related information accurately. Knowledge of FDA regulations related to public health initiatives or documentation is advantageous but not mandatory.
