Job Description
Our client has an urgent requirement for experienced Customer Service people to join their team here to provide an outstanding level of service to their dealers & customers. The client is looking for people who can start immediately. There are excellent working conditions with overtime available and training will be provided. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls from Dealers & Customers.
- Monitoring orders through the system to ensure full delivery of parts.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Making decisions where required to ensure complete customer service to our Dealers & Customers.
