Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic, responsible, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a highly visible role that requires an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities Order Management:
Handle accurate order entry and invoicing.
Customer Support:
Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person; assist showroom buyers and support our outside Sales Representatives.
Showroom Coordination:
Keep the showroom organized, tidy, and beautifully displayed; assist with product labeling and setting up new arrivals.
Office Administration:
Manage multi-line phone calls, route inquiries, and monitor/maintain office supplies.
Requirements & Qualifications Personality & Drive:
Energetic, personable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Independence:
A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and complete tasks quickly and independently.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication. Languages & Experience (Pluses): Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus, as is previous wholesale industry experience (neither is required). Why Join Us?
