Overview We are on the lookout for a friendly and resourceful Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with confidence, offering solutions and assistance in both English and another language. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clarity. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems. Assist clients with account management, billing questions, and service requests while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service strategies, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Follow established protocols to handle cash transactions or payments when necessary. Analyze customer feedback and call data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery. Experience Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly desirable. Multilingual skills, especially fluency in English plus at least one other language, are essential. Familiarity with sales techniques and outbound calling strategies will give you an edge. Strong communication skills coupled with active listening abilities to understand client needs thoroughly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, along with solid computer skills. Experience in data entry, analysis skills, and call center operations will help you excel in this position.
