Job Description

Customer Service Clerk Temporary Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position is on going for: About 3 to 6 months possibly. We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Clerk to join our Customer Service team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong computer skills, and are passionate about providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Process customer orders received by email, EDI, and other platforms. Verify order accuracy and release orders for shipping. Maintain pricing information and customer records. Communicate with customers regarding order updates, discrepancies, and tracking information. Work closely with Customer Service to resolve order issues. Organize and maintain order files and documentation.
Qualifications:
3+ years of Customer Service or Order Entry experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bilingual is a plus (not required) Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player. AA Degree or related business experience is a plus.
