Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and in person Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry and quick books Assist with client services by processing orders, returns, and cash handling when necessary. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Requirements Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable (Spanish, Mandarin, Khmer, Cantonese, Vietnamese, etc.) Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus. past experiences with quickbooks Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing accuracy are beneficial. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
