Customer Service / Order Processing Coordinator (Entry-Level) Contract with great potential to go contract to hire $21-$22/hr Located near Anaheim LHH is seeking an entry level Customer Service and Order Entry Coordinator for a client in Orange County. This role is ideal for someone starting their career who enjoys working with customers and learning how orders move through a manufacturing environment . Communicate with customers by phone or email to answer questions, provide updates, and help resolve issue s.
Work closely with Account Managers, Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure orders are completed on tim e.
Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and issue resolutio n.
Review inventory and order reports to flag issues and escalate when neede d.
Qualificatio ns2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing preferred ).High School Diploma or GED require d.
Basic Microsoft Office skill s.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skill s.
