Duties and Responsibilities Learn how to use various types of equipment essential for daily operations. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided to clients. Supply clients with promotional services available, including complimentary disinfecting services, which adds value to their experience. Work closely with other team members to meet the company's targets and objectives. Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and adapt to industry changes. Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures related to your role. Provide timely responses and solutions to client inquiries ensuring a high level of customer service. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with company standards. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Able to start immediately. Reliable transportation to and from work. Motivated and eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. No experience required; training will be provided to equip you with the skills necessary for success. Strong team player with the ability to also work independently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Demonstrates professionalism and maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
