We are seeking a dedicated person to join our growing Full Time Customer Support Representative team in San Ramon. In this role, you'll be the face of our outreach efforts — meeting individuals and families in pop-ups/events and making sure they gain access to essential connectivity services. This is a performance‑driven opportunity where the ability of every Full Time Customer Support Representative to communicate and deliver results will directly impact lives. Full Time Customer Support Representative Objectives Engage directly with customers in person to explain services and assist with enrollment. Provide clear guidance and support throughout the application process. Build trust and rapport with individuals and families in underserved communities. Answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments. Collaborate with teammates to meet daily and weekly outreach goals. Represent Auralink professionally in all customer‑facing interactions. Consistently achieve performance targets while delivering exceptional service. Full Time Customer Support Representative Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to connect with diverse individuals and build relationships quickly. Customer service or community outreach experience preferred. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Self‑motivated and able to work independently in the field. Positive attitude and resilience in a fast‑paced environment. Commitment to meeting performance goals in a commission‑based role.
