Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to optimize logistics processes. Assist in resolving discrepancies and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide support in preparing shipping documentation and invoices. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and customer service.

Language:

English is required, Chinese/Mandarin is recommended.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or business preferred. 1-3 years of experience in customer service or logistics environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude. Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures is a plus. Fluent in Chinese.
