Customer Service Representative (E-commerce)

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our e-commerce operations. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position works closely with the Operations Manager and warehouse team to support smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or platform messaging, providing timely and professional support. Resolve order-related issues, including shipping delays, returns, refunds, and product questions. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and assist in improving customer service processes.

Qualifications:

1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail environments. Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer issues in a professional and efficient manner. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and ability to follow established processes.

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
