Customer Service Representative (CSR) Warehouse Environment | 3PL Industry Experience Preferred We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This hybrid role combines customer service responsibilities with warehouse clerical support in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, shipments, and inventory questions Process inbound and outbound orders through the WMS Coordinate shipments, carrier appointments, and order fulfillment Track shipments and resolve customer concerns Assist with SOPs, inventory accuracy, and warehouse documentation Support warehouse operations and ensure checklists are completed accurately
Qualifications:
✔ Previous 3PL warehouse experience preferred ✔ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word ✔ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to multitask and work independently ✔ Comfortable working between the office and warehouse floor If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
