In this vibrant role, you'll handle customer interactions with enthusiasm, assist with laundry and dry cleaning processes, and maintain a clean, organized environment. Your energy and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and confident in our services. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide exceptional service with a positive attitude Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up of dry cleaning, laundry, and other garment care services Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring garments are cleaned to high standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change using basic math skills Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including folding, organizing, and preparing garments for pickup Verify orders for accuracy, ensuring all items are correctly tagged and documented before processing Support inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of stock needs Experience Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with dry cleaning or laundry processes is a strong plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Ability to perform cleaning tasks diligently while maintaining safety standards Experience in cashiering or handling cash transactions is preferred A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role This energetic position invites motivated individuals who thrive on delivering outstanding service while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
