Entry Level Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

Build rapport with customers by providing professional, courteous, and genuine service Identify and resolve any potential needs the customer may have by educating them on services provided and any sales promotions Meet or exceed business production goals and sales objectives as established by upper management Reveal opportunities to cross-sell and/or upsell additional products and services offered by our clients Collaborate with management, customer service associates, and sales teams to stay updated on new products, services, sales, or policy changes Represent our clients with rectitude by compiling with all company-mandated policies and procedures Foster strong relationships with new customers to maintain a high level of client satisfaction

Entry Level Customer Service Associate Requirements:

Experience in customer service or sales in a high-volume environment Excellent organizational and planning abilities The ability to thrive under pressure and in an ever-changing environment Clear and effective oral communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex issues Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to leverage probing question An enthusiastic, ambitious, and charismatic personality The ability to build rapport with customers of varying personalities The ability to work flexible hours High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor Degree Preferred! Reliable transportation is a must!
