Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details with attention to detail. Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to deliver seamless guest services in a fast-paced environment. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Familiarity with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and guest relations.
