Our compassionate team of veterinarians and staff work together to ensure the health and well-being of every pet. We are currently looking for an organized and friendly Veterinary Client Service Coordinator to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Veterinary Client Service Coordinator at Magnolia Animal Hospital, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals. You'll play an integral role in providing a welcoming experience for clients ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in clients with their pets in a friendly and professional demeanor. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar, ensuring optimal booking Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about services, and appointments Process client payments, provide invoices, and go over treatment plans Maintain and update patient records in the clinic's database. Assist with client education on preventive care, products, and services. Handle client concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy. Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and inviting for both pets and owners.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.. Passion for animals and a genuine desire to provide excellent care and service. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work flexible hours, we are open Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and Sat. 8am-3pm
Preferred Qualifications:
