CSR - Customer Service Representative

A well-established commercial glass and door company serving Southern California since 1917, has an opening for an Office Administrator/Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative. This individual will be responsible for maintaining current accounts along with inside sales support to include order entry, dispatching, scheduling and quoting. Basic computer entry using specialized glass quoting/order entry software along with data/purchasing through Quick Books accounting software along with the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel. A strong candidate would have the ability to effectively converse and answer questions from inquiring customers relating to window, glass and door products and services. Previous sales experience in the glass and door market, construction or building materials markets preferred.
