Bath Planet of Inland Empire is looking for a motivated and results-driven Call Center Representative to join our team in the Wildomar, CA market. About the Role As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for contacting homeowners, responding to incoming inquiries, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, confident on the phone, and motivated by achieving results. This is a commission-based position with a base salary and the opportunity to earn up to $100,000+ annually based on performance. Responsibilities Contact homeowners by phone to schedule qualified appointments for free in-home consultations. Deliver a professional scripted presentation while creating a positive customer experience. Customize conversations based on homeowner needs and interests. Handle homeowner questions, concerns, and objections professionally. Gather accurate customer information, including names, phone numbers, addresses, and project details. Schedule appointments for sales representatives and ensure all details are entered correctly. Confirm appointments and communicate updates with sales representatives. Respond to inbound calls from homeowners interested in our products and services. Follow up with homeowners after initial contact. Maintain accurate lead information and update reports. Perform quality control calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred. Ability to confidently communicate with homeowners over the phone. Strong listening skills and ability to overcome objections. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable working in a performance-based environment. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus. Proficiency with computers and CRM systems. Product training provided. Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus commission structure.
