Job Description

Location Yorba Linda CA Pay $27-$30hr Mon-Fri 7am-4pm The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports the company's customer engagement efforts by proving timely, accurate, and professional communication to clients. This role manages customer orders, resolves issues, coordinates with internal departments, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction. The CSR also supports order management, basic accounting tasks, and compliance with aerospace industry standards while developing skills for future advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication & Support Provide courteous and professional responses to inquiries regarding products, orders, and delivery status Process customer requests, including order entry, shipment tracking, sample requests, and documentation assistance Follow up on open customer items to ensure timely resolution Communicate order updates, delays, and resolutions clearly and proactively Order & Data Management Accurately enter and maintain customer information and orders in ERP and CRM systems Support the coordination of order fulfillment, returns, and warranty claims according to company policies and regulatory standards (e.g., FASS, AS9100) Collaborate with internal departments (Customer Experience, Shipping, Accounting, and Quality) to ensure smooth processing and resolution of customer issues Maintain organized records of all transactions, correspondence, and updates Accounting & Administrative Support Assist the Accounting Manager with generating invoices, monitoring accounts receivable, and posting payments under supervision Help reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies as needed Logistics Coordination Support the Shipping & Receiving Clerk by ensuring incoming and outgoing shipments meet accuracy, timing, and compliance requirements Team Collaboration & Process Improvement Work closely with the Customer Experience and Project Management teams to provide accurate customer and order information Participate in cross-training opportunities to gain exposure to various operational functions Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency within the customer service workflow Complete other activities as assigned Qualifications Customer service experience, preferably in aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing Familiarity with aerospace compliance standards (e.g., ITAR & AS9100) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP/CRM systems (e.g.,IQMS, Salesforce) Excellent communication, problem solving, and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong telephone and video conferencing skills Team-oriented with a proactive, customer first mindset Other Skills & Abilities Reliable and punctual with consistent on-site attendance Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities Works well in a cross-functional team environment and contributes to a collaborative, supportive workplace Maintains professionalism and composure when dealing with complex issues or high stress situations Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy Approaches challenges proactively and resourcefully, focusing on effective solutions Accurate and thorough in handling data, orders, and customer inquiries with a strong focus on quality and compliance Company Overview Precise Aerospace Manufacturing - precisemfg.com Precise Aerospace Manufacturing Inc.
