Job Description

Buscamos Service Representatives para integrarse a nuestro equipo de call center en modalidad presencial, ubicados en nuestras oficinas centrales en Hato Rey. La posición está orientada a brindar atención al cliente, gestionar consultas y ofrecer soluciones efectivas, garantizando una experiencia de servicio de calidad. Salario 10.50hr cuarto año de escuela superior completado. Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente. Se valorarán competencias en comunicación efectiva, orientación al servicio, manejo de situaciones y trabajo colaborativo.
