Job Description
We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join an onsite team in Blue, Bell Pennsylvania. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with customers through high-volume outbound calling. In this role, you will support a life insurance settlement program while delivering attentive service and maintaining accurate records. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Place a high volume of outbound calls to individuals participating in the life insurance settlement program.
Provide clear, courteous, and attentive assistance while addressing customer questions and concerns.
Document call activity, outcomes, and follow-up details accurately within customer service systems.
Use Microsoft Office and call center platforms to manage daily tasks, update records, and track communications.
Coordinate next steps with internal team members to ensure timely handling of customer needs.
Maintain consistent productivity and quality standards in a structured onsite call center setting.
Handle inbound inquiries as needed and deliver a positive customer experience across each interaction.
At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
Background in handling high-volume outbound calling activities.
Working knowledge of inbound call support and general customer service practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
Basic office and administrative skills, including accurate data entry and record maintenance.
Familiarity with Ethernet-connected office systems and standard workplace technology.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage conversations professionally and efficiently.
