Fury Motorsports is hiring a Service Advisor responsible for converting customer inquiries into approved repair work and driving service department revenue. This is a performance-based role designed for someone who is confident communicating with customers, presenting value, and taking ownership of results. What You'll Be Responsible For Answer inbound service calls and customer inquiries Schedule service appointments and set clear expectations Write and manage repair orders Present estimates and obtain customer approval Recommend additional services and necessary repairs Communicate job progress and final invoices to customers Ensure a high-quality customer experience from start to finish Work closely with technicians and service management to keep workflow moving Who This Role Is For You're confident communicating with customers and guiding decisions You're comfortable discussing pricing and recommending services You want your income tied to your performance, not just hours worked You stay organized and can manage multiple jobs at once You take ownership of your work and follow through Who This Role Is NOT For Anyone who needs a guaranteed hourly or salary income People uncomfortable discussing pricing or asking for approval on work Individuals who struggle with organization or follow-through Anyone looking for a low-responsibility or low-pressure role

Compensation & Benefits Target Annual Earnings:

$50,000 - $90,000+ (based on performance) This is a performance-based, commission-driven role with no income cap . Earnings are directly tied to your ability to generate and manage service work.
