Do things the right way and keep getting better. We've grown a lot since then. The customer base is strong, the shop is busy, and the team is solid. Now we're ready to bring in a Lead Service Advisor who can take ownership of the front of the shop and help us keep building. What You'll Be Walking Into 5-bay shop plus alignment rack 3 technicians, collaborative and communicative Owners currently running the front Tekmetric with digital inspections 6-8 cars per day and growing We specialize in European vehicles, but we work on everything. This is a fast-paced shop with great energy. The team works together, communicates, and supports each other to keep things moving. Pay $90,000
  • $110,000+ depending on performance This is a performance-based role.
The stronger you are at managing workflow, communicating clearly, and guiding customers through decisions, the more you'll earn. What This Role Really Is This is more than just writing repair orders. You'll be stepping in to take ownership of the front of the shop and help lead it forward.
That includes:
Managing workflow and keeping the day on track Communicating clearly with both customers and technicians Presenting testing, repairs, and maintenance in a way customers understand Keeping everything organized so nothing falls through the cracks Paying attention to performance and helping improve results This role is expected to grow into more of a management position as we continue to build. Training and Development Monthly local training is required We've taken the team to ASA and WorldPac events Ongoing training and certifications are paid for We expect our team to stay sharp and continue learning, and we support that.
