Front office responsibilities-patient service, data entry, and insurance entry Answering all incoming phone calls. Routing or transferring calls when required. Scheduling / rescheduling patient appointments Maintain patient confidentiality Confirm appointments Adheres to company policies and procedures and advances the goals of Skyline Vision Clinic in a manner that embodies the company's philosophy. Handling requests from referring providers Scheduling patients in patient web portal Requirements Must maintain strong, professional verbal communication skills with external patients and internal customers. Strong attention to detail. Ability to type. Good telephone etiquette. Physical Requirements Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours at a time. Must be able to life and carry approximately 25 pounds.
