The Client Services Associate greets customers, explains how Quantum Fiber brings high-speed internet into homes, and helps them choose a plan that feels just right. You'll combine thoughtful account support with sincere customer care, making every customer welcome and well-informed. As a Client Services Associate, you'll be trained in sales to collaborate with our sales team in promoting Quantum Fiber across Denver. You'll handle sales, assist with service setup, and offer support that showcases the benefits of fiber-optic internet. By engaging with customers in person, the Client Services Associate helps grow Quantum Fiber's presence in the community. Role Responsibilities of a Client Services Associate Represent Quantum Fiber in customer-facing interactions by introducing high-speed internet services designed for modern households and connected lifestyles. Conduct sales conversations to understand customer needs and offer Quantum Fiber internet plans that support everyday connectivity. Educate customers on service availability, plan options, and the installation process using clear, non-technical explanations that simplify decision-making. Convert interest into enrollments by guiding customers through service selection, order completion, and appointment scheduling. Maintain strong customer engagement through follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction and reinforcing confidence in Quantum Fiber's internet service. Contribute to sales targets by consistently identifying new opportunities and delivering relationship-driven sales interactions. Qualities of the Client Services Associate High school diploma or GED preferred. Interest in customer service or sales is a plus. Proactive in finding opportunities to support both customer satisfaction and sales growth. Strong interpersonal skills that build trust and long-term customer relationships Strong sales awareness and ability to connect customer needs to relevant internet service options.
