AFFIDIAN CREDIT UNION
has an opening for a Call Center Representative at their Denver branch located at 700 W. 39th Avenue, Denver, CO 80216. This person must have excellent phone and customer service skills. Training will be provided on credit union products and services. Work is performed in office Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an occasional start time of 7:00 am. This position offers room to grow and advance. The Credit Union's policy is to promote from within. The salary range is $22 to $28 per hour and will commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the Credit Union offers health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, STD and LTD, a generous PTO plan, paid federal holidays, employee assistance and wellness programs, and eligibility for participation in the 401 K plan. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Assist members who call or chat in with questions and account information. Must be professional, courteous, and helpful at all times during phone calls and chats. Preforms some banking transactions, provides information on services and products, and provides resolution to problems or issues. The position will include knowledge of the full range of products and services offered by Affidian Credit Union. Process a variety of operational transactions for new and existing members including but not limited to new member account openings, the opening of additional accounts/products, cross-selling, check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, and account changes/updates. Excellent Customer Service is extremely important in this position. This person must provide an unparalleled member experience over the phone and in person. Needs to be able to identify when the member needs more specific information regarding loan products and services. Previous experience in a call center or banking environment is preferred.

Provide courteous, friendly, timely, and professional service to all members and employees in an accurate manner. Maintains a professional appearance and work environment. Supports and participates in all internal and external educational opportunities. Comply with all published directives and expectations in the Affidian CU Employee Handbook. Demonstrates effective and diplomatic oral and written communications skills. Support all corporate goals and objectives.
Skills Required:
A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand issues/concerns. The willingness to help and resolve. Education and/or
Experience Requirements:
