Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel using the hotel management system
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and special requests
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform night audit duties as required
Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with hotel front desk operations and guest services
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel management software is an advantage
