Position Overview:

We are seeking a hospitality-minded, detail-oriented Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. This hybrid contractor position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys helping people, and excels at multitasking. The role will primarily cover afternoon weekday shifts, weekends (especially Saturdays and Sundays) to support our team, enhance sales efforts and ensure smooth tour operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to guests before, during, and after their tours Respond to guest inquiries by phone, text, email, in a timely and solution-oriented manner Communicate with tour guides to support day-of logistics and real-time updates Handle messages and calls, monitor bookings from third-party platforms Provide a positive customer experience that reflects Aspire Tours' brand and values Assist with organizing and communicating logistics for private and corporate tours Accurately maintain customer data and communications in our booking and reservation system Cover customer service shifts during planned absences of other team members Track client feedback and help identify areas for service improvement Handle inbound sales inquiries for group and private tours Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads for group and private tours Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails to recent leads, past guests, and potential partners Present tour options, answer questions, and guide prospective clients toward booking Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service and sales, ideally in travel, tourism, or hospitality Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to handle both inbound and outbound sales outreach Highly organized with strong time management Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (e.g., booking systems, messaging apps) Availability to be flexible and work afternoons, weekends, remotely or in office depending on business needs
