Customer Service Representative

We have part-time positions in our business center. Provide various copy and printing functions, including the sale of black and white copies, color copies, faxing, lamination, graphic art printing, large-format printing and providing use of graphic art software within the business center.

Job Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of a computer Strong willingness to help patrons, troubleshoot, and problem-solve Customer Service Greet patrons upon entering, and assist them with their needs in a timely and courteous manner Office supply knowledge a plus Maintain a clean, productive, and welcoming space for patrons Must be friendly and willing to assist with problem-solving Understand and operate the following equipment: o Black and white copier o Color copier and large-format printer/copier o Laminator and binding o
