The role is responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, inventory oversight, and logistics coordination for cargo treat products across domestic and international markets. This position acts as a key liaison between customers, supply chain, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, compliance, and proactive issue resolution. Essential Functions Process and manage domestic and international cargo treat orders from entry through fulfillment Create and manage purchase orders for blind and direct shipments Coordinate product availability and demand planning with Supply Chain teams Monitor and manage cargo treat inventory levels in accordance with established safety stock requirements Serve as a primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular updates and proactively communicating delays or changes Prepare, maintain, and distribute weekly inventory and status reports Handle operational incidents by raising non-conformances and driving issues through resolution Coordinate freight and logistics activities, including tendering shipments and working with carriers Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Prepare, issue, and maintain required documentation (e.g., COA, SDS, PDS) in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements Role Requirements Availability for on-call support as business needs require Strong working knowledge of logistics and transportation operations Prior experience in supply chain or operations; experience within the chemical industry strongly preferred Post-secondary education preferred High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient computer skills, including ERP systems (SAP preferred), with strong grammar and time management capabilities Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient when handling time-sensitive or high-pressure situations Willingness to travel up to 10% as required Environmental Restrictions Ability to perform essential job duties in both indoor and outdoor environments, including offices, facilities, and external job sites. Regular exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, moving equipment, and uneven terrain. Physical requirements may include sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and operating tools or equipment as necessary to perform job responsibilities. Regular attendance and adherence to company safety policies are required.
