Job Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for checking in guests, handling payment transactions, and ensuring all customers have a great experience while at Colorado Karting Circuit.

Job Duties:

Greet and check in guests for rental karting, racing, and corporate events. Provide safety briefings for rental kart customers Drive additional sales through customer interaction Cultivate and nurture client relationships Ensure adherence to operational guidelines and insurance standards for kart track safety Assist Track Marshals in operating races on time and staying on schedule for the day Perform other duties as required

Education, Experience, & Skills:

High School Diploma preferred Strong public speaker Ability to manage multiple projects effectively Positive attitude Schedule Requirements Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Full-time and part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling based on event and racing calendar

Salary Range:

$17 - $22 per hour based on experience.
